Meet Nick

Nick is an injury attorney specializing in car accidents, fall downs and workers injuries, He is one of a small percentage of lawyers in New Jersey certified by the Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a special designation given to attorneys who have demonstrated a qualifying level of skill, experience, and testing, and has been re-certified on multiple occasions,

Nick is a member of the bar in New Jersey with an office conveniently located on St. Georges Avenue in Linden. He has served as a municipal prosecutor for over 20 years and has been representing clients in these specialty areas for 30 years.

He earned his law degree from Western Michigan University’s Thomas Cooley Law School in 1993, receiving the John D. Voelker Award as the Outstanding Law Review Associate. He received his bachelor’s degree from Kean College with academic distinction in less than three years at the age of only 20. He then received his master’s degree from Rutgers University in less than one year’s time at the age of 21.

Nick is an Eagle Scout and he currently serves in the New Jersey State Legislature as the President of the New Jersey State Senate.
